By using the GraftWise Health website, KTx-CONNECT platform, or related messaging services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Use of Services
GraftWise Health provides digital tools, reminders, communication features, educational content, and related platform services. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
GraftWise Health services are not intended for emergency communications. Do not use the platform or text messaging services for urgent or emergency medical needs.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities that occur under your account.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS Terms and Messaging Consent
If you choose to opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from GraftWise Health, you consent to receive SMS messages at the mobile number you provide.

SMS consent is collected through a clear, affirmative opt‑in (for example, checking an unchecked box or taking an equivalent affirmative action). The consent statement presented at opt‑in will describe the messages you agree to receive.

Message types
Messages may include: account and platform alerts, reminders, care‑team or support communications, one‑time passcodes, and other service‑related operational updates. Promotional messages will only be sent if you separately opt in.
Message frequency and fees
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.
Opt out and help
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt‑out. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@graftwisehealth.com.
